Local Resilience Forums across the UK have a legal duty to carry our risk assessments and maintain them in a Community Risk Register. The Community Risk Register is informed by the Government’s national risk information and then considered locally by LRF partners for Gloucestershire.
The Community Risk Register is the first step in planning for emergencies. It provides information on the emergencies that could occur in Gloucestershire together with an assessment of how likely they are to happen and the potential impacts if they do. Further information and advice on various risks that could affect Gloucestershire is found under the Be Prepared section.
